Founded in 2023, Zoopito emerged from a simple observation: livestock management in rural India was fragmented, paper-based, and inefficient.
Our founders, with backgrounds in veterinary science, technology, and rural development, witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by farmers and veterinarians. From manual record-keeping to delayed veterinary services, the lack of organized data was impacting animal health, farmer livelihoods, and food security.
We started with a pilot project in Maharashtra, working closely with 100 farmers and local paravets. The positive impact was immediate - better vaccination coverage, timely healthcare, and valuable data insights. This validation led to the development of our comprehensive platform.
